Our team has a strong track record of representing companies at all stages of the proceedings before the competition authorities and courts as well as market leading expertise in the area of antitrust damages. We also review contracts from the antitrust perspective, prepare compliance programs, training and conduct competition law compliance audits.

We regularly advise companies on the most complex EU and national competition law cases in the areas of:

  • merger control,
  • vertical restrictions,
  • cartel investigations,
  • abuse of dominance,
  • sector regulation and market investigations, and
  • antitrust damages.

The knowledge of closely related fields of law, such as commercial contracts, M&A, sector specific regulation and EU law, enables us to offer comprehensive and practical solutions to undertakings.

Acquiring thorough knowledge of a particular industry and the business at hand is what enables our lawyers to develop solutions that are truly sustainable and effective. Particularly notable is our experience in:

  • telecommunications,
  • energy,
  • consumer goods and services, and
  • procurement and bidding markets.
