Zdolšek Attorneys is a Slovenian business law firm with over 25 years of experience in the region.

Stojan Zdolšek started his corporate and commercial law practice in Ljubljana in 1988 with the view of establishing a firm dedicated to advice and expertise at the highest levels. This vision has been maintained throughout the years and eventually evolved into our present-day objective to provide top quality legal services that make us an instrumental and valuable part of our clients’ businesses, capable of solving their most complex issues. We achieve this through a cohesive and dedicated team of professionals that bring together the distinctive mix of expertise across practice areas, enabling us to provide effective and all-encompassing legal solutions. We put a lot of emphasis on following the recent developments of relevant EU legislation as well as maintaining close relationships with prominent law firms from the former Yugoslav jurisdictions, such as Croatia and Serbia.
