Barbka Zdolšek

Barbka is a former in-house lawyer with over 20 years of experience as an independent attorney. Before starting her career as an attorney, Barbka clerked at the High Court in Ljubljana and worked as an in-house counsel of a large domestic company. Today she offers full support to legal departments of numerous companies of all sizes, banks and institutes, all with particular focus on: real estate, employment, consumer and data protection and commercial contracts. She is particularly renowned for her expertise in real estate projects. Barbka is also an experienced litigator with distinct expertise in insolvency litigation and claims for damages.

Her portfolio of long-term clients includes a number of undertakings active in the media and entertainment industry, such as publishing houses, newspapers and theaters, as well as a company operating one of the largest shopping, entertainment and business centers in Europe.
